Point 6 is a Northern Beaches-based architectural building company specialising in high-performance, energy-efficient homes built to the Passivhaus standard or informed by Passive House principles.
Founded and led by Ben Cunningham a Certified Passivhaus Builder and Member of the Master Builders Association NSW (Lic No 266963c), Point 6 brings together precision, sustainability, and quality craftsmanship across every project.
With more than 20 years in the construction industy following a background in Environmental Science (BSc Environmental Science and Masters Degree in Environmental Management), Ben has always been invested in working with clients to make design and materials decisions that are best in the big picture view.
With a strong focus on collaboration, our team work closely with homeowners, architects and consltants to achieve quality workmanship and transparent communication. Point 6 takes pride in delivering homes that not only meet today’s energy standards, but set the benchmark for the future of sustainable living.

With vast experience across new builds, renovations, and extensions, Ben offers a personalised, hands-on approach that puts quality, communication, and client satisfaction at the core of every project. Whether building from the ground up or transforming an existing home, he works closely with clients and architects to deliver tailored solutions that meet both lifestyle needs and environmental standards.
